- Why did the see-through part turn white?
- JPG can’t store transparency. Choose PNG or WebP to keep a transparent background.
- Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos?
- Not yet. On the iPhone, share the photo as JPG (or set Camera → Formats → Most Compatible), then convert it here.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files and text never leave your device. It works without an account.
