Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers payments to Valavan Ventures Private Limited for Designee plans. Prices are in Indian rupees, include GST and are the full amount you pay; see the pricing page.

You can ask for a full refund if all of these are true:

• it is your first paid plan with Designee;
• you ask within 7 days of paying;
• you have made fewer than 3 downloads or exports in total on that plan (PSD downloads, Print PDFs and print sheets).

Renewals, later purchases and plan changes are not covered by this rule.

Write to hello@designee.in from the email of your Designee account, with the payment date or the receipt number (for example DSG/2026-27/0001).

• We check the rule above and answer within 2 working days.
• A refund goes back to the way you paid (card, UPI or net banking) through Razorpay. It usually reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• A full refund ends the plan at once, and the account goes back to Free.
• If you paid by UPI transfer, we send the refund back by UPI to the account you paid from, within 5–7 working days.

• Monthly plan (Autopay): cancel any time in Account → Billing. The plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then it doesn’t renew. Part months are not refunded.
• Yearly and Shop plans are paid once for the year and don’t renew by themselves; we email you 7 days before the end.

If a monthly renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again and we email you. Your plan keeps working for 3 more days. If the payment still hasn’t gone through by then, the account moves to Free. Your designs are kept; only the paid features stop.

• A payment taken twice by mistake, or taken when the plan wasn’t given: we refund it in full once we confirm it.
• Customers who bought a lifetime plan before Designee: see the terms of use.
