Delivery policy

Designee is an online design service. We don’t ship any physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You then use the editor, templates, PSD downloads, Print PDFs and tutorials online, in your account on www.designee.in.

If you pay by UPI transfer, the plan starts once we confirm the payment, usually within one working day.

If your plan hasn’t started within an hour of a successful payment, write to hello@designee.in with the payment date, and we will fix it. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.
