Exam photo and signature resizer

Make your photo and signature exactly the size an online application asks for: the right width and height in pixels, and a file size in the allowed KB range. Free, no sign-up, and it runs in your browser.

Size required

Ready-made sizes for exams are being checked against the official notifications. Until then, type the size from your notification.

Crop and download

Choose a photo to crop it to the right shape.

How to use it

  1. Choose the form, or type the size from the notification (for example 200 × 230 px, 20–50 KB).
  2. Choose your photo or signature, then zoom and move it so your face or signature fills the box.
  3. Press the button and download. Upload that file to the form.

Questions

Why does the form say my photo is too big?
Online forms check the pixel size and the file size. A phone photo is usually 3–5 MB and 4000 px wide; forms often want about 200 × 230 px and under 50 KB. This tool does both at once.
The form also asks for a minimum KB. Can the tool do that?
Yes. Enter the smallest size too; the tool keeps as much quality as it can so the file stays above it. Very small pixel sizes can’t always reach a large minimum; the tool tells you when that happens.
Are the ready-made sizes always right?
Each one shows when we last checked it and links to the official notification. Rules change between notifications, so always check the latest one before you apply.
Are my files uploaded?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files and text never leave your device. It works without an account.
