Your QR code
Enter a UPI ID like name@bank.
Test it with GPay, PhonePe and Paytm before printing: the name and amount should appear.
Colours
At least 20 mm so phones can scan it. The PDF and PNG use this size.
How to use it
- Choose the type, for example UPI payment, and fill in the details.
- Add your logo if you like, and change the colours (dark code on a light background scans best).
- Set the printed size and download a PDF for the print shop, an SVG for design software, or a PNG.
- Scan it with your phone before printing.
Questions
- Will the UPI QR work with GPay, PhonePe and Paytm?
- Yes. It uses the standard UPI link (upi://pay) with your UPI ID, name and optional amount, which every UPI app reads. Always test one payment before you print many copies.
- Does a logo stop the QR code working?
- No. With a logo the code uses the highest error correction, so up to about a third of it can be covered and it still scans. Keep the logo simple and test it.
- Which file should I give the print shop?
- The PDF. It is vector (sharp at any size) with CMYK colours, which is what printing presses use.
- How small can a QR code be printed?
- At least 2 cm wide for a phone at arm’s length. For posters and flex read from further away, make it bigger: roughly one tenth of the scanning distance.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files and text never leave your device. It works without an account.
